Tandem Flights are sold subject to the following conditions:

1. The person whose name is on the contract will be considered as the group’s leader and therefore accepts these terms and conditions behalf and for all of the persons named on, added or substituted to the booking form.

2. All prices shown are current at the time of the website being put online. Information given here is based on the latest information available. We reserve the right to change any of the itineraries, services, facilities, prices or vehicles described, without being liable for any compensation or refund.

Confirmation Policy

3. Paragliding or Tour Bookings can only be confirmed when deposit or the full payment has been received by Skywings Paragliding. A deposit can vary, depending on the type of tour, from 20% to 40% of the total price

Refund Policy 4: Clients wishing to cancel one of their products for any reason, including health or family reasons, are subject to the following fees:

4A) 48 hrs or more cancellation notice for tours: Skywings Paragliding will accept cancellation with full refund. If you have made full payment, we will refund 70%, if you have paid deposit only no refund.

4B) Any cancellation notice in less than 48hrs, we will refund 80%, if you have paid deposit only no refund.

Weather Cancellation / Delays

5. If weather does not permit, flights may be delayed until other suitable time. If you are unable to undertake the flight a full refund is payable.

6. Prices includes insurances for tandem flights by Skywings Paragliding.

7. The responsibility of Skywings Paragliding and/or its agents is limited. Skywings Paragliding can accept no responsibilities for any delay or change in schedule, breakdown in machinery or equipment, strikes, theft, baggage loss/damage, or injury arising through war or terrorist activities (threatened or actual), weather conditions or any matter related hereto. All such losses or expenses must be borne by the client.

8. We reserve the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary or the carrier utilized. The prices advertised are subject to change due to price increases resulting from gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.

9. In case of a breakdown of the equipment, Skywings Paragliding and/or its agents have got 24 hours to resolve the problem by repairing the or by replacing it by another. No refund of any kind will be made in this respect.

10. Skywings Paragliding reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, at its sole discretion, at any time before the flight any tour member as a participant in the trip when not compatible with the general enjoyment and well-being of other members on the trip. No refund will be made in this respect.

11. In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction, clients must email the complaint(s) to complaints@skywingsparagliding.co.za

12. Passenger Responsibility: it is the passengers responsibility to advise Skywings Paragliding of any special requirements that they may have.

13. If a client fails to join a flight no refund can be made.
